At Nail Jolly, we understand that plans may change. However, to ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy:
Individual Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us BY 8:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR BOOKING via WhatsApp at +852 6131 6352.
ANY CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, OR TIME CHANGES MADE ON THE SAME DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION, and 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE will be charged.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged THE FULL SERVICE FEE.
Group Appointments (4 or more)
For cancellations or changes to group bookings, please give us AT LEAST 48 HOURS’ NOTICE.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE FEE.
